Employment

The labor law team provides consultancy in the daily management of human resources: from establishing employment relationships (independent, subordinate, and semi-subordinate), to their management and termination, also handling the preparation of confidentiality and non-competition agreements.

The team has also gained significant experience in corporate restructuring processes, such as collective dismissal procedures, mobility, and company transfers, as well as in managing union dynamics.

The multiple relationships maintained with labor organizations have allowed the consolidation of ties with conciliators and officials. They not only ensure the possibility of defining binding agreements at the MCM Lawyers’ office but also contribute to facilitating dialogue in union negotiations and the definition of collective agreements.

The primary goal of the team is to help clients prevent potential legal disputes. However, due to their constant presence in the Labor Section courtrooms, the Firm is also capable of providing timely and efficient judicial assistance.
