Lorenzo Mosso

Lorenzo Mosso is a partner and co-founder of MCM Avvocati, established in 2007.

He has significant experience in business contracts, with particular reference to franchising, real estate mediation and agency matters. He is the reference lawyer for leading real estate operators and networks, to which he provides ongoing assistance on all legal aspects, including the setting up and organisation of commercial networks. In these areas he is active in training activities, participating as a speaker in courses and seminars on the subject.

He also handles all aspects of commercial and corporate law. He assists clients, including international clients, in extraordinary corporate transactions, shareholding and company transfers, as well as in all aspects of corporate governance.

He assiduously handles corporate and commercial litigation, also assisting clients in tense situations, which he manages by favouring out-of-court and transactional solutions and, when not feasible, through targeted recourse to judicial strategies.
